Recipe:

25 grams of inJoy Flavored Gulaman

1.5 litro water

Dissolve 1 pack of inJoy Gulaman Powder Mix in water.
Cook over medium heat with continuous stirring until near boiling.
Pour cooked mixture on molders and allow to set.
Once gulaman has set, slice into desired sizes.

Servings: Makes 12 x half cup servings (1.3 kilos cooked jelly)
